Third Tree From Me: Jacaranda

Finally, I finished my third tree in my typography experiment. This one is a pretty flowering Jacaranda, please click on the above image to enlarge the photo. I have to say that I am really pleased where this is bringing me. I think that all of my work really captures the personality of the trees. Yes, I just said that. In this piece I used the typography in circles to represent the blossoms. When looked at from afar, I think it looks like blossoms painted with a sponge. Also, working on this got me thinking about my next typography project, I'm really excited about that and hope to have that online by the end of the summer. I wish I was relaxing in a hammock under a tree now...
